Purezza delivers to cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city.
- Delivery to remote areas, or during public holidays, sales and bad weather, may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.
Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the courier in cash when you receive your order.
- Bank Transfer: transfer the payment to our bank account; your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
